Emotions are always around us.
Blocking them or shutting yourself off isn’t the best strategy.
However, you can learn to keep them "fluid," allowing them to flow in and out of your system. This is the most natural way to handle emotions—without analysis or complex processes.
You can’t stop your thoughts, but you can learn to relate to them differently. They don’t need to dominate your awareness.
